기기에 저장되는 게임 기록
네모 10은 계정이나 결제를 요구하지 않습니다. 여정 진행, 오늘의 퍼즐 완료, 무한 점수와 이어하기, 힌트 사용 기록을 이 기기 안에 저장합니다. 현재 앱은 이 기록을 운영자 서버나 별도 분석 서비스로 보내지 않습니다. 기록은 앱 삭제로 제거할 수 있으며 기기 백업은 iOS 설정에 따릅니다.
선택형 광고와 동의
힌트용 선택형 보상 광고를 위해 Google Mobile Ads(AdMob)와 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 사용합니다. 첫 실행 때 iOS가 허용하는 경우 Google 광고 SDK를 사용하기 전에 앱 추적 허용을 요청합니다. 그다음 UMP 동의 상태를 갱신하고 필요한 지역에서 동의 양식을 표시할 수 있습니다. 광고는 이용자가 광고 힌트를 직접 선택한 뒤에만 요청합니다. 추적을 허용하지 않아도 게임을 계속할 수 있습니다. UMP가 재선택을 요구하는 지역에서는 게임 화면의 광고 개인정보 선택 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
광고 요청에는 개인 맞춤 광고 제한과 제한적 데이터 처리 신호를 적용합니다. 그래도 Google SDK는 광고 제공·측정·보안·진단을 위해 IP 주소 및 그로부터 추정되는 대략적 위치, 기기·앱 식별자, 광고와 앱의 상호작용, 충돌·성능 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 실제 항목은 지역, 선택, SDK와 광고 설정에 따라 달라집니다. Google Mobile Ads 데이터 공개와 Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.
문의, 보존과 삭제
chrisyang9305@gmail.com으로 직접 문의하면 발신 주소, 내용, 선택한 첨부파일을 답변·오류 확인·광고 신고에 사용합니다. 이 메일은 Google의 소비자 Gmail 서비스에 저장·처리되며 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 운영자가 관리하는 문의 메일은 최종 답변 또는 문의 처리 종료일부터 1년 동안 보존한 뒤 삭제합니다. 문의 기록의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청하려면 같은 주소로 연락해 주세요.
공개 안내 페이지
공개 도움말·개인정보 페이지를 방문하면 웹 호스팅 사업자인 Cloudflare Pages(Cloudflare, Inc.)가 IP 주소 등 기본 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요. 앱의 데이터 처리나 SDK가 바뀌면 이 방침을 갱신합니다.
처리 항목과 보유 기간
- 게임 기록과 언어 설정: 플레이와 표시를 위해 기기에 저장하며, 운영자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기의 앱 데이터를 지울 때 제거됩니다. iOS 백업 사본은 기기 설정에 따릅니다.
- 고객지원 메일: 발신 주소, 문의 내용, 선택한 첨부파일을 답변·오류 조사·광고 신고 처리에 사용합니다. 운영자의 문의함 보유 기준은 위에 표시한 기간입니다.
- 광고·접속 데이터: Google SDK가 광고 제공·측정·보안·진단에 필요한 항목을 처리할 수 있고, Cloudflare가 공개 페이지의 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 사업자들의 보유 기간과 이용자 선택 방법은 위에 연결한 각 사업자의 방침을 따릅니다.
외부 서비스와 이용자 권리
운영자는 문의 처리에 Google Gmail, 공개 페이지 제공에 Cloudflare Pages를 사용합니다. 광고 데이터는 Google Mobile Ads가 위에 설명한 목적에 따라 처리합니다. 기기 안의 게임 기록이나 문의 메일을 운영자가 광고사에 별도로 제공하지 않습니다. 문의 기록의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지와 동의 철회는 위 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 법정대리인도 관련 법령에 따라 요청할 수 있습니다. 다른 사람의 기록을 공개하지 않도록 요청자의 권한을 확인한 뒤 처리합니다.
Google LLC와 Cloudflare, Inc.는 미국 소재 사업자입니다. Google은 전 세계 서버에서 정보를 처리할 수 있고, Cloudflare는 정보를 주로 미국과 유럽경제지역에 저장하면서 다른 지역에서 이전·접근할 수 있다고 설명합니다. 문의 메일은 Gmail, 공개 페이지 접속 정보는 Cloudflare를 통해 처리되며 세부 처리·보존은 위에 연결한 각 사업자의 방침을 확인해 주세요. 공개 페이지에 별도 방문자 분석 스크립트는 사용하지 않습니다.
광고 선택은 필요한 지역에서 게임의 광고 개인정보 선택 화면에서 다시 설정할 수 있으며, iOS 추적 허용은 기기 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 기기 기록은 앱 삭제로 제거할 수 있습니다. 광고 사업자가 직접 처리하는 정보의 권리는 Google의 개인정보 도구에서 행사할 수 있습니다.
파기와 안전조치
운영자는 보존 기간이 끝나거나 유효한 삭제 요청을 처리할 때 문의 메일과 첨부파일을 문의함 및 휴지통에서 삭제합니다. 법령에 따른 보존 의무가 있으면 해당 정보만 필요한 기간 동안 분리하여 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 문의함 접근은 운영 담당자에게 제한하고, 사용하는 기기와 Gmail의 접근 제어 기능을 적용합니다. 개인정보 관련 문의와 불만도 위 고객지원 이메일로 접수합니다.
Privacy Policy
Game data on your device
Ten Square requires no account or payment. Journey progress, daily completions, endless scores and resumed games, and hint use are saved on this device. The current app does not send this game record to an operator server or a separate analytics service. Removing the app removes its local data; iOS backups follow your device settings.
Optional ads and choices
We use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for optional rewarded hint ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for ad privacy choices. On first launch, when iOS allows the request, the app asks for App Tracking Transparency permission before using Google's ad SDKs. It then refreshes UMP status and may show a consent form where required. An ad is requested only after you choose an ad hint. You can keep playing if you decline tracking. Where UMP requires it, you can revisit your choice from the game's Ad Privacy Choices control.
Ad requests use nonpersonalized ad and restricted data processing signals. These settings do not stop all Google SDK processing. The SDK may process IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device or app identifiers, ad and app interactions, and crash and performance information for ad delivery, measurement, security, and diagnostics. Actual processing depends on your region, choices, SDK, and ad settings. See Google Mobile Ads data disclosure and Google Privacy Policy.
Contact, retention, and deletion
If you email chrisyang9305@gmail.com, we use your sender address, message, and optional attachments to answer, investigate bugs, or review ad reports. Messages are stored and processed in Google's consumer Gmail service under the Google Privacy Policy. We retain support mail we control for one year after the final reply or case closure, then delete it. Request access, correction, or deletion of a support message at the same address.
Public information pages
When you visit the public help or privacy pages, Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.) may process basic connection data such as your IP address. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details. We will update this policy when the app's data practices or SDKs change.
Data categories and retention
- Game progress and language choice stay on your device for play and display. They are removed when you delete the app or clear its app data. iOS backups follow your device settings.
- Support email includes your sender address, message, and optional attachments. We use it to reply, investigate bugs, and handle ad reports, and retain it for the period stated above.
- Google may process ad data for delivery, measurement, security, and diagnostics. Cloudflare may process visits to the public pages. Their policies linked above describe their retention and your choices.
Service providers and your rights
We use Google Gmail for support email and Cloudflare Pages for public pages. Google Mobile Ads processes ad data for the purposes described above. We do not separately provide local game progress or support emails to the ad provider. Ask at the support address above to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of a support message, or to withdraw an applicable consent. A legal guardian may make a request where the law permits. We verify the requester's authority before disclosing someone else's message.
Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. are based in the United States. Google says it may process information on servers worldwide. Cloudflare says it primarily stores information in the United States and European Economic Area and may transfer or access it elsewhere. Support email is handled through Gmail, and visits to public pages through Cloudflare. See each provider's policy linked above for its processing and retention. We do not add a separate visitor analytics script to the public pages.
Where available, revisit ad choices in the game's Ad Privacy Choices control. Change iOS tracking permission in device settings. Delete the app to remove local game data. Use Google's privacy tools for information Google processes directly for ads.
Deletion and safeguards
When the retention period ends or a valid deletion request is fulfilled, we delete support messages and attachments from the mailbox and trash. If a law requires retention, we keep only the required information separately for that period and then delete it. Access to support mail is limited to the operator, with device and Gmail access controls. Send privacy questions or complaints to the support address above.

端末に保存するゲーム記録
テン・スクエアにアカウントや支払いは不要です。旅の進行、今日のパズルのクリア、エンドレスのスコアと再開状態、ヒントの利用履歴は端末内に保存されます。現在のアプリは、この記録を運営者のサーバーや別の分析サービスへ送信しません。アプリを削除すると端末内の記録を削除できます。iOSのバックアップは端末の設定に従います。
任意の広告と選択
任意の報酬型ヒント広告に Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)、広告のプライバシー選択に Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) を使用します。初回起動時、iOS が許可する場合は Google の広告 SDK を使用する前にアプリのトラッキング許可を求めます。その後 UMP の状態を更新し、必要な地域では同意画面が表示される場合があります。広告のリクエストは利用者が広告ヒントを選んだ後に限ります。トラッキングを許可しなくてもゲームを続けられます。UMP が再選択を求める地域ではゲーム内の広告プライバシー設定から変更できます。
広告リクエストには非パーソナライズ広告と制限付きデータ処理の信号を適用しますが、Google SDK のすべての処理が止まるわけではありません。SDK は広告配信、測定、安全対策、診断のため、IP アドレスとそこから推定されるおおよその位置、端末またはアプリの識別子、広告・アプリの操作情報、クラッシュ・性能情報を処理する場合があります。実際の処理は地域、選択、SDK、広告設定によって異なります。Google Mobile Ads のデータ開示とGoogle プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
お問い合わせ、保存、削除
chrisyang9305@gmail.com にお問い合わせいただくと、送信元アドレス、本文、任意の添付ファイルを返信、不具合調査、広告の報告対応に使用します。メールは Google の個人向け Gmail サービスで保存・処理され、Google プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。運営者が管理するお問い合わせメールは、最終回答または対応終了から1年間保存した後、削除します。同じアドレスからお問い合わせ記録の確認、訂正、削除を依頼できます。
公開案内ページ
公開ヘルプや本ページを閲覧すると、ホスティング事業者の Cloudflare Pages（Cloudflare, Inc.）が IP アドレスなど基本的な接続情報を処理する場合があります。詳しくは Cloudflare のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。アプリのデータ処理や SDK に変更があれば本ポリシーを更新します。
情報の種類と保存期間

外部サービスと利用者の権利
お問い合わせには Google Gmail、公開ページには Cloudflare Pages を利用します。Google Mobile Ads は上記の目的で広告データを処理します。端末内のゲーム記録やお問い合わせメールを運営者が広告事業者へ別途提供することはありません。お問い合わせ記録の開示、訂正、削除、利用停止、該当する同意の撤回は上記のメールアドレスへご連絡ください。法令により認められる場合、法定代理人も請求できます。他人の記録を開示しないよう請求者の権限を確認します。運営者の住所など、法令上必要な事業者情報も同じ窓口へ請求してください。遅滞なくご案内します。

削除と安全管理
保存期間が終了した場合、または有効な削除請求に対応する場合、お問い合わせメールと添付ファイルを受信箱とゴミ箱から削除します。法令により保存が必要な場合は必要な情報のみをその期間別途保管し、その後削除します。お問い合わせメールへのアクセスは運営担当者に限定し、端末と Gmail のアクセス制御を利用します。個人情報に関する質問や苦情も上記の窓口で受け付けます。
